Newitech Sp. z o. o. completed the implementation of a business process management system for one of the biggest electricity providers in Poland - Vattenfall Heat Poland S.A. The solution for our client is based on our product, NIL BPM. The system supports the proper implementation of procedures and document management. Our client wants to use this system to increase the efficiency of managing back office processes. The first stage of our cooperation included the installation and configuration of NIL BPM. We trained employees to become administrators and processes managers. We also analyzed the client's needs to further define the requirements. In the next stage we customized the system. At the same time we deployed training systems and started conducted training for future end-users to introduce the functionality and simplicity of NIL BPM. During the training we made sure that the client became self-sufficient working with the system. |
