Newitech, Sygnity and Aram will digitize the city government of Pruszcz Gdański, Poland. The city council in Purszcz Gdanski has selected an offer of the consortium composed of Newitech, Sygnity and Aram. All three companies will cooperate to carry out the project of digitizing the city government. The offer has been selected in the process of public procurement and covered the implementation of the first phase of the IT project . The consortium is responsible for the preparation of the appropriate system infrastructure and software, that will enhance the agency's operations, allowing for full accordance with bills and directives regulating the standards for the information society. In the first phase of the implementation, Newitech will provide the proprietary document workflow system, NIL e-office, as well as a portal platform. Both solutions will be ultimately integrated so that in the future the citizens and companies in Pruszcz Gdanski will have the ability to communicate and do business with the office via the Internet. NIL's role will be to enhance and standardize the organisation of the work at the office. The system will allow for digitizing official procedures, automate the internal document and workflow and introduce quality control mechanisms. Earlier Sygnity S.A. and Newitech created consortiums, succesfully carrying out projects in other Polish govermental agencies, such as in Puławy, Dęblin, Zbrosławice, Konstancin Jeziorna and Police. The value of the offer selected by the agency in Pruszcz Gdański exceeds 550 thousands złoty. The project is cofinanced by the EU from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Integrated Regional Development Integration Program. |
