Since 2003 Jarek has been working with Newitech fulfilling the role of Chairman of the Board and CEO.

Jarek has worked in the IT industry for 14 years. Beetween 1993 and 2000 he was Director of Business Development and Vice Chairman of the Board for VideoTEL. In that time, he managed the development of an electronic banking system, VideoTEL Banking, which was initially used by 10 banks in Poland. Currently the system is being utilized by about a third of all banks in Poland. After VideoTEL's acquisition by ComputerLand, Jarek took the position of a Director of Project Management at ComputerLand. He was managing project teams of a few dozen specialists working on the development and integration of Internet, electronic, and mobile banking systems. His track-record includes successful implementations and system integration projects for the largest banks in Poland.

Jarek is interested in the technical analysis of financial markets and investment strategies. He is planning on utilizing these interests and competencies at Newitech, turning it into a strong, stable, and publicly traded firm.

Jarek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics majoring in Marketing.
