The system supports the ongoing processing of data that is collected in the field. The processing and analysis takes place in several steps:

  • Creating surveys for each project.
  • Distributing the data to sales teams, partners and professional surveyors for the collection of data.
  • Scanning and inputting the completed survey using professional scanning hardware.
  • Processing the surveys into digital format using optical character recognition (OCR) software allowing the data in electronic form to be modified and analyzed according to the analysts needs.
  • Archiving the results of analysis in a database. Predefined or ad hoc reports are can then be created according to various criteria.

The system enables the administering of complex marketing analysis by lowing the cost of data collection and analysis.
